‘I love being a celebrity’

Every now and then you see celebrities launching scathing attacks on the paparazzi and media intrusion. So when the hot and sizzling Charlize Theron says that she doesn’t mind all that attention, one is taken by surprise. This is what she told Virgin Radio RJ Ben Jones, “You get a lot of attention from the media if you’re a celeb and although they end up asking you the same questions over and over again, it’s all fun because I get to talk about the people I love. Like all celebrities, even I move out to shop at 3 in the morning and enjoy it to the hilt.” Does that mean she loves her celebrity status? “Of course. I love to travel and play someone I am not in reality.” When asked about her latest movie Hancock, she says, “We all knew each other pretty well and with the witty Will Smith and Jason Bateman around, what else can you expect? We joked and laughed on the sets and had a blast, thus delaying the assigned schedules.”
