Kylie’s dream comes true

Hollywood singer Kylie Minogue fulfilled her lifelong dream by performing alongside Benny Andersson at an ABBA tribute concert recently.
The hollywood block buster Spinning Around singer was the star performer at the show in London’s Hyde Park. After singing the Swedish supergroup’s hit Super Trouper, she was joined by Benny for a rendition of When All Is Said and Done.

A clearly emotional Kylie told the audience, “This really is a dream come true for me. I’m a huge ABBA fan so to perform with Benny is a real privilege.” It was the Australian pop star’s only UK performance of the year and her appearance thrilled the 35,000-strong crowd. They were also joined on stage by former bandmate Bjorn Ulvaeus, and the pair thanked fans for their support. Bjorn said, “I’m not a nostalgic person, but tonight took me back. Life can be pretty wonderful. Thank you for giving us this unforgettable experience.” Other acts who covered ABBA tracks included Jason Donovan singing I Have A Dream, Lulu belting out Gimme Gimme Gimme and West End legend Elaine Page giving a performance of I Know Him So Well. Stomach’s the way to Kylie Minogue’s heart

Aussie pop princess Kylie Minogue has revealed that the way to her heart is through her stomach. The 40-year-old singer has further added that, since cooking is not her forte, the man who is able to do so will definitely get along with her. “I’m good at running around the kitchen posing and looking pretty, but I’m afraid I’m a useless cook. It’s just something I have never done,” she said. “It’s one thing a man has to be able to do. If he can cook then he’s off to a good start with me,” she added. Minogue was also rumoured to have rekindled her romance with French actor Olivier Martinez, 42, after the two were spotted cuddling in Paris last week, but the singer has confirmed that she is just friends with him. “I defy any man or woman not to find Olivier attractive,” Kylie, who is on a UK tour, said. “It was good to catch up and we’re still good friends, but there was nothing more in it than that,” she added.
