Pamela Anderson is building an eco-friendly hotel in Abu Dhabi. The former Baywatch actress — who is a campaigner for People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) — was so impressed with the city when she visited on a charity trip, she has decided to set up a business there. She said, “I’m building a hotel there. It is environmentally friendly. I met some great people. The royal family was really friendly.” In keeping with the eco-ideology of the project, Pammie will only be using eco-friendly materials to build the hotel. She added, “It’s going to be built with no fossil fuel in Abu Dhabi where they have all that oil.” Pammie, 41, isn’t the only celebrity to branch into the hotel business. Clint Eastwood owns the Mission Ranch in Carmel, California, which he rents out.
