Johansson prepares for her big move

Scarlett Johansson is ready to move to New York and has even put her vintage Los Angeles home on the market for sale. Quoting $ 3 million for the Spanish style estate in the Hollywood Hills, the actress tends to suffer a loss of over $ 1 million, considering she had purchased it for $ 4.5 million. The home was bought by Scarlett and her husband Ryan Reynolds in 2007 and was even updated with eco-conscious upgrades including solar electric. Charlize Theron, Orlando Bloom and Felicity Hoffman are some of the famous names Scarlett’s neighbourhood boasts of. Scarlett — who will next be seen in film Iron Man 2 — and actor husband Reynolds already own a $2 million penthouse apartment on the upper Eastside which they bought in 2008.
